BAMO supports the Ács nursery with two million forints
The company’s donation eases the everyday life of local families.
Ács, 8 July 2026 – BAMO Technology Hungary is supporting the operation of the Ács Social Basic Services Centre – Ács Pitypang Nursery with a donation of two million forints. With the offer, the company aims to make the everyday life of local families easier; it has regularly supported the community since construction of its Ács cathode-material plant began.
A long-term commitment in Ács
For BAMO it is of particular importance that its presence in Ács should not merely mean an investment, but should be built on genuine local cooperation. “For us, supporting the local community is not a one-off gesture but a long-term commitment. We work in Ács, we build in Ács, so it is of primary importance to be present as a good neighbour in the life of the local community. By supporting the Pitypang Nursery we want to help the families and children who are the future of Ács,” said Sun Jun, Managing Director of BAMO Technology Hungary.
A new group, new equipment
The institution will use the sum to purchase special children’s furniture and equipment for a newly starting group. The nursery, operating since 2010 and serving 26 children, will use the support for its development plans. “We want to create a modern, inspiring and safe environment for the children’s development. According to our plans, we will soon move to a new site and create 10 additional places so that we can help even more families in Ács,” said Erzsébet Gerencsérné Járóka, head of the Ács Pitypang Nursery.
Children are the town’s future
Dr. István Szentirmai, Mayor of Ács, emphasised in his speech that supporting children is the most important thing for the town’s future. BAMO recognises this too: this is already its second contribution to local youth, as the company previously financed the construction of a new playground in Ács.
BAMO has regularly supported the community of Ács since construction of its cathode-material plant began. The nursery donation is the second contribution directly benefiting the children and young people of Ács.
